Relaxation Therapy
Treatment program to help you re-learn to relax . To connect your mind back to  your body so that you can release and relax on command utilizing a variety of stretch modalities and includes a centering massage to further establish your mind/ body connection.

Waves Of Healing
This is a Esalen style massage integrated with strong swedish massage strokes and light stretching to deliver a fluid massage with just enough oomph to get some knots out and stay relaxed.

Deep Tissue
More therapeutic in nature, my technique isn’t one of the no pain no gain aspect and will leave you with minimum if any soreness. My technique “asks” your muscles firmly but passionately to release opposed to forcing them into submission. Best used for chronic pain and repetitive stress injuries(daily grind). Deep tissue massage works deep into the muscle tissues, along and across the fibers with slow, deep movements used to release muscles, aid in the reduction of adhesions, and increase range of motion. This type of massage is designed for individuals wanting more detailed bodywork on specific muscle groups. This is NOT a full body massage. If you would like to have both a 90 or 120 minute session is advised.

Mommy me
As a certified Doula (birth assistant) massage by me is safe during anytime of your pregnancy including during labor. This massage relieves the normal discomforts of pre and post natal bodyaches, such as backaches, stiff joints, stiff necks, leg cramps, swollen ankles and feet. As well as increase local and general blood circulation, which brings more oxygen and nutrients to the cells for both the mother and baby. Leaving you energized and relaxed.

Reflexology
My treatment is integrated with a little Shiatsu and Acupressure to work on specific reflex points on the feet, hands, shoulders, neck, head and ears. Certain zones in these areas correspond to specific points of the body. This massage will stimulate circulation, relieve stress, promote overall relaxation, and release energy throughout your entire body. NOT AVAILABLE TO PREGNANT WOMEN.

Thai-Flex
An integrated massage using Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (or PNF) and the passive stretching of Thai massage to help you improve flexibility, strength and range of motion in damaged or stiff muscle(s)/ joint(s).  (90 or 120 min only for outcall)

Four Hand Massage
Just that two therapist perform synchronized full body  massage maximizing  the time and quality of  your massage session. Especially Good for those who have a hard time relaxing or highly stressed.
(Available in 30, 45, 60 min sessions)

Cupping
Is a method of relieving local congestion by applying a partial vacuum which is created in cup or cups, that by suction are attached to the skin. The suction from the vacuum causes a deeper and quicker breakdown of tense muscles. Available in addition to massage and/or body treatment for $10.
