For those that have a hard time relaxing &  letting go and  your mind keeps racing when your trying to relax. This treatment program  helps focus and realign mental and emotional turmoil.  To connect your mind back to  your body so that you can release and relax on command. Increase rest, decrease stress. This is a treatment program and  you must commit to 2-4 treatments

Zumba Gold

Want to enjoy a 5-600 calorie burning workout while getting your party on? ZUMBA GOLD is the workout for you. This is a great workout for those re-entering into fitness, active seniors, unconditioned body or those who just like this class format as opposed to the regular Zumba format.
